When I began coaching with Claire I was struggling in my job as I was unhappy and unsatisfied with what I was doing. I did not feel brave enough to make any changes for financial reasons. I also struggled with confidence and constantly being aware of other peoples opinions of me which scared to make changes in case it was the wrong thing to do. Those struggles really started to affect my work ethic and seriously demotivated me from doing anything, more times and not I was frustrated with myself. With Claire’s help I’m learning not to care what others think and I’ve started doing things for me, I’m in a bit of space now as I’m feeling hopeful about my future, knowing that I’m on the right path. I’m most proud of the fact, I took a big risk by leaving my job to pursue a career that will make me happy. Without Claire helping me with my confidence that never would’ve happened. Claire has helped me change my outlook to keep focused and motivated by pushing and reassuring me with lots of mind work and resources to support me during our time working together. When we first started, I was really down and felt scared about my future. I was so in my own head that it stopped me from doing anything about it. But with Claire’s help, I’ve made lots of progress towards my future and to begin a new career with no financial struggles which has built my confidence and lessened my self doubts, which I couldn’t of done on my own. When I had my first consultation with Claire I realised I had made the right choice to reach out to someone. I had made some big decisions and was going through a very transitional period in my life which gave me mixed emotions. I felt my friends were good but that I was not actually being heard and I needed someone who could help me understand the chatter in my head despite me having very clear goals. Claire and I had many conversations and each one she offered me insight and was very thought provoking. She helped me answer my questions and feel clear about my choices.
